Director Elizabeth Mills OBE is a highly experienced independent consultant, with a particular focus on charities working with older people. In 2002 she was awarded the OBE in the Queen’s Jubilee Honours for ‘services to ageing research’. She has undertaken impact assessments and strategic reviews, including fundraising and research strategies for several charities and has also run focused, high-level networking meetings. |
 Sue Blackmore specialises in data analysis and research. She has completed a variety of evaluations and research projects both at home and abroad for voluntary and grant-making organisations and local and central government offices.
 Isabel Walker is a communications specialist with more than 30 years’ experience in writing, editing, marketing and media relations, working with the private, public and voluntary sectors.
 Carole Wanless is a fundraising specialist, with a track record of achievements in the voluntary sector, including major gifts, strategic planning, trust and corporate income generation and interim management.
