Sue Blackmore
Sue has conducted a variety of evaluations and research projects, both at home and abroad, for voluntary sector and grant-making organisations, and local and central government offices.
Her research skills include questionnaire design, interviewing, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. | Her previous work has included:
• Research for Camden Council on the housing needs of 19 minority ethnic communities;
• Data analysis for an evaluation of Help the Aged’s ‘Speaking up for ourselves’ UK grants programme;
• Review of a project providing services for young homeless people, on behalf of the Oak Foundation.
• Evaluation of an exchange programme involving staff from community foundations in Europe and the USA;
• Evaluation of Estuar Foundation, a Romanian organisation providing services to people with mental health problems;
• Research to assess the level of social capital in Croatia.
• Evaluation of Enfield Children’s Fund, a government-funded programme providing services to children at risk of social exclusion.
• Research and analysis in support of a strategic review for Friends of the Elderly.
